Fisheye

I've never drawn Fisheye, and he's just one of the most charming villains in Sailor Moon, not to mention the one of the smartest, when it came down to finding out Sailor Moon AND Chibi-Moon's identities AND where Pagasus was and...all that stuff. Yeah. Anyways, he's got such a cute design, but I could never draw it because i was never wanting to draw him at the same time that I had a reference handy. Problem fixed.
